Coal Wear Index Tester Product Description:

The HXMS-120 wear index tester for coal is designed and developed based on the requirements of GB/T15458-2006 "Method for Measuring the Wear Index of Coal" for the main components of the instrument. It is specifically designed to measure the strength of wear on metal grinding parts when lignite, bituminous coal, and anthracite are ground under specified conditions. The harder the coal, the higher the AI value of the wear index, which is a characteristic indicator of coal.

Precautions for Coal Wear Index Tester:

1. The instrument should be placed in a clean, dry, non corrosive gas, and level, vibration free location.

2. This instrument is powered by an AC 380V three-phase four wire power supply. During installation, it is necessary to check whether the power supply wiring is safe, reliable, and has a grounding wire. After connecting it, it should be tested for operation.

3. The speed controller must be reset to zero before starting the instrument.

4. The new blade needs to be tested for operation, which means conducting several wear index measurements under specified conditions on a 2kg sample of the same coal sample until a constant result is obtained (i.e. within the allowable range of deviation).

5. The blades must meet the following conditions, otherwise the set of blades will be scrapped.

⑴ Within a group of leaveszuiHeavy and heavyzuiThe difference in light weight shall not exceed 1g;

⑵ The total mass of the blades shall not decrease by more thanzui4% of the initial total mass;

⑶ The blades should not have scratches or uneven areas;

⑷ The top and bottom edges of the blade's arc must be adjusted to make contact with the inner diameter and bottom surface of the fixture.
