1、 There are no special requirements for the installation of this product. It should be placed in a dry place. When working, fix the four ground leveling screws at the bottom of the machine to make it stable.

2、 Before testing the machine, it is necessary to check whether the pressing claw is tightly pressing the material bowl to prevent it from loosening and damaging the machine parts. The pressing claw of the material bowl should be tightened clockwise and loosened counterclockwise.

3、 The sampling process should be carried out after the machine has come to a complete stop.

4、 If the moisture content of the sample is high, it should be dried in advance to avoid sticking to the material bowl and affecting the crushing fineness. The drier the general sample, the better the crushing effect.

5、 If it is necessary to crush samples finer than 200 mesh, solvents such as alcohol can be added to the sample for mixed crushing or to extend the crushing time.

6、 The sample should be placed inside the striking ring and material box as much as possible to avoid choking the striking block and affecting the fineness.
