Product Description of the Hasse Grindability Index Tester:
The measuring principle of the Hastelloy apparatus is based on the grinding law (the energy consumed by grinding coal powder is proportional to the new surface area generated by coal powder). Under the conditions specified in GB/T2565-2014 "Determination of Grindability Index of Coal (Hardgrove Method)", the prepared coal sample is ground, sieved, and weighed. The Hardgrove Grindability Index is obtained from the calibration chart drawn from the standard coal sample. The larger the index, the easier it is to grind. The machine has multiple functions, including mechanical bowl feeding, microcomputer counting, automatic shutdown when the counter displays 60 revolutions per minute, emergency stop in case of host failure, and accumulation of revolutions per minute when restarted.
