The furnace chamber of the hot air circulation drying oven has four specifications: chamber 1, chamber 2, chamber 4, and chamber 6. This manual is only used for chamber 2. This product is an ideal equipment for drying, baking, wax melting, heat treatment, and sterilization of goods in factories, mines, universities, research institutions, and various laboratories.

Structural and functional characteristics

The hot air circulation drying oven consists of a box body, a temperature control system, and an electric heating and blowing system.

The box body is made of high-quality steel plate by punching, with a surface spray treatment. The inner liner is composed of mirror stainless steel plate and uses enriched ultra-fine glass wool as the insulation layer.

The main component of the temperature control system is the temperature controller, which is a microcomputer intelligent controller composed of a microcontroller and peripheral circuits, with dual row LED four position display. It controls the heating system using PID regulation and uses K-type thermocouples as temperature sensing elements. The temperature controller also has functions such as timed control, temperature control error correction, deviation alarm protection, etc.

The electric heating blower system consists of resistance wire heating tubes, fans, and air ducts. By utilizing the operation of the fan, the exchange and circulation of cold and hot air in the studio are forced to improve the uniformity of the temperature field inside the studio.

This product has the advantages of high temperature control accuracy, small overshoot, low fluctuation, and deviation over temperature alarm protection.
