The HXN-1 far-infrared constant temperature drying oven is an instrument designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T 6701-2005 for determining the non-volatile matter of naphthalene. This equipment is suitable for the determination of non-volatile compounds in naphthalene containing fractions obtained from high-temperature coal tar fractionation, refined naphthalene obtained through washing and distillation, and industrial naphthalene. It can also be used as a universal far-infrared drying oven.

Structure of far-infrared constant temperature drying oven:

This equipment is an integral box structure, with a working chamber and observation window door, exhaust chimney, bottom mesh protective plate, infrared heating plate, temperature controller, and main electrical components. It is also equipped with experimental evaporating dishes, thermometers, and magnetic suction blocks for special hanging thermometers. The box studio is filled with insulation materials for production. To observe the thermometer readings during the experiment, the workshop is equipped with lighting fixtures that can be controlled by panel switches. The temperature controller uses XMTA digital temperature indicator controller, which can achieve the purpose of setting temperature and automatic control. The temperature sensor of the control instrument has been fixed on the bottom of the working room's mesh protective panel: various electrical components are located on the side of the box in the control room, and the side panel can be removed for maintenance.

This requires repeatedly adjusting and controlling the temperature switch before formally measuring the sample,zuiFinally, the temperature reading of the mercury thermometer should be within the range of 150 ± 2 ℃ as the standard.
