1. Purpose

The pneumatic fully automatic belt sampling machine independently developed by our company adopts a combination of PLC control and human-machine interface operation with mechatronics technology. It supports Chinese operation interface, and the equipment operation is simple and clear. It can also set the number of cycles and cycle time by itself. The new design allows for sampling of different materials by replacing the grabbing hopper, whether they are in powder, granular, block, or strip form, providing good samples for analysis and testing.

The grab hopper of this device adopts a detachable design, which can be replaced with grab hoppers of different shapes and types according to different materials. By simply designing a new grab hopper for simple replacement, sampling can be achieved between different materials. It can be used for continuous automatic sampling of various materials in the production process, in order to detect and control product quality. This device is powered by a certain air pressure and controls the cylinder switch through a two position five way single electric control solenoid valve to complete actions such as left and right translation, upward and downward movement, and material grabbing and discharging, in order to achieve the purpose of automatic sampling.
