Purpose: The fully automatic joint sampling machine independently developed by our company adopts mechatronics technology. After self setting, it can continuously grasp solid powder materials in a timed and quantitative manner, providing high-quality samples for experimental analysis work. The fully automatic joint sampling machine is mainly used in metallurgical, chemical, building materials and other enterprises that produce powdered materials. It continuously and automatically samples the finished products and raw materials in the production process to detect product quality and performance. The application of fully automatic joint sampling machines has improved the stability, uniformity, and reliability of sampling, and optimized the production process. 3、 Working principle
After the sampling machine is started, the grabbing hopper is driven by the grabbing motor to grab the powder that needs to be sampled in a timed and quantitative manner. The grabbed powder is poured into the cylindrical tube connected to the grabbing hopper, and then the feeding motor drives the screw in the cylindrical tube to transport the powder in the cylindrical tube to the designated drawer type storage box, in order to successfully obtain the sample.
The side wall of the cylindrical tube connected to the grab hopper of the sampling machine is detachable, which facilitates regular cleaning of the materials inside the tube.
