1. Purpose

The HXN-2009B multifunctional fully automatic belt sampling machine independently developed by our company adopts mechatronics integration technology, which can automatically sample solid particles (blocks) materials in a timed and quantitative manner, providing good samples for analysis and testing. This machine is mainly suitable for large, medium, and small granular chemical enterprises to continuously and automatically sample finished products and raw materials in the production process, in order to detect and control product quality. At the same time, this sampler is also suitable for industries such as building materials and metallurgy to continuously sample powdered materials, which can replace manual sampling methods, improve sampling stability, uniformity, and reliability, reduce labor intensity, improve analysis and detection accuracy and automation level, and optimize production process conditions. 3、 Working principle

After the sampling machine is started, the feeding motor drives the feeding plate to extract the granular material that needs to be sampled in a timed and quantitative manner. The extracted granular material is removed from the conveyor belt and slid to the sample loading frame through the slide plate. To achieve the goal of successfully obtaining the sample.

4、 Installation

This sampling machine does not require any mechanical installation experience. After unpacking, please check the fastening of each part of the sampling machine, and then use a suitable machine to gently place the sampling machine at the location where you need to take samples. This machine can sample various types of moving powders, such as those moving horizontally, falling vertically, and stationary. As long as you can find a suitable sampling point and place it horizontally (without the need for fasteners), the machine can capture the ideal sample for you.
