1. Mechanical part:

The main transmission system uses a variable frequency motor and a synchronous toothed belt drive reducer. The reducer drives the gear pair, and the ring gear drives the disc to rotate. The main motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the output is continuously adjustable over a large range;

The body frame is made of cast iron, making the machine run more smoothly;

Using the dedicated software of this machine, it is very easy to set the position of the up and down punch, as well as the pressure required for the main pressure and pre pressure. Users can continuously adjust the weight and thickness of the sheet online, and it can be clearly displayed on the touch screen

1. Compared with other domestic tablet press manufacturers, the punching plate has significant advantages. The mirror surface runout of the 370 and 660 series rotary tables can be controlled to be less than or equal to 0.03mm. It can achieve manual replacement of the middle mold, and the holes of the upper, middle, and lower molds are processed by a three coordinate grinder. The smoothness inside the holes is high and the physical properties are more stable, which can increase the service life of the punching die and greatly prevent powder leakage and stagnation.

2. Configuration can be freely changed, and upgrades can be made based on customer specific requirements (such as high pressure 660 for suppressing catalysts) on the basis of the original equipment configuration

Controllable output refers to 80% of the maximum output marked, which is the production of well pelletized discs. If the powder is difficult to form, has not been granulated, or has irregular shapes, the output will correspondingly decrease. The specific details can be subject to trial operation.
