Product Details

Usage of cold and hot shock box:
Mainly used to test the performance of products during storage, transportation, and use in climate environments with sudden changes in high and low temperatures. Widely used in electrical and electronic products, components, parts, aerospace, metal and other materials, conducting repeated instantaneous change tests from high temperature to low temperature and then to high temperature. Through the test, the physical, mechanical and other performance changes of the tested object in the environment can be understood, which can be used to determine whether the product's performance can meet the design requirements, and provide useful data for product quality control, product improvement, etc.

Characteristics of cold and hot shock box:
The high and low temperature cold and hot shock test chamber adopts a vertical box body and a cold and hot two box structure, and uses a basket to transfer the test area of the test sample to achieve the purpose of cold and hot shock testing. This structure reduces the heat load during thermal shock to the MAX limit, shortens the temperature recovery time, and is also a reliable and energy-saving way of thermal shock.

Requirements for the use of cold and hot shock boxes:
1. Equipment placement space requirements:
Environmental temperature: The placement site should have good ventilation or be equipped with air conditioning equipment to ensure that the surrounding temperature is within 0-30 ℃ after the equipment is started.
Venue requirements: flat and well ventilated (temperature accumulation cannot be formed at the equipment exhaust outlet), with the equipment exhaust side at least 1.5 meters away from the wall. There is no vibration, direct sunlight, or direct radiation from other heat sources around the equipment placement.
Air quality: No high concentration dust or corrosive gases, and cannot be tested or stored in flammable and explosive gases.
Relative humidity: less than 85% R.H
2. Space location: For the convenience of ventilation, operation, and maintenance, there should be a space at the equipment opening door where the door can be opened and closed normally.
3. Equipment power supply: meets the power requirements of the corresponding model.

Technical characteristics of cold and hot shock box:
1. Use economical refrigerants such as R404a and R23.
2. The basket can be moved from one box to another within 10 seconds.
3. During the cold to hot conversion process of the impact test, it can quickly recover to room temperature and maintain stability, avoiding the influence of air convection and thermal radiation inside the box through technical treatment.
4. A scientific air convection system can ensure uniform distribution of air inside the box.
5. Equipped with an imported all Chinese touch screen controller, various parameters of the cyclic test can be pre-set to automatically complete the entire test process, making it easy to use.
6. The control of dwell and transition time is adjustable.
7. When not conducting impact testing, a single box can be used for temperature change testing, with one box used for three purposes.
