Processing quantity:Ovistein produces homogenizers of different specifications. Its processing capacity ranges from 1 liter/hour to 1000 liters/hour. Using EmulsiFlex B15, the allowable amount of the sample is only 3 milliliters, and the residual amount of the sample is less than 1 milliliter.

Pressure: The homogenization pressure can be adjusted between 30-2000 bar, and its maximum homogenization pressure can meet the requirements of almost all homogenization application fields. Dynamically adjust the homogenization valve for pneumatic control, and can be equipped with an automatic homogenization pressure controller, pressure transmitter, and pressure precision measuring instrument according to user selection.

Design: There are no O-rings or gaskets in the entire sample pathway of Ovistein, and all surface seals are precision machined metal to metal or metal to ceramic seals.

Temperature control: Ovistein provides stainless steel heat exchangers for controlling inlet and outlet temperatures. The EmulsiFlex C5 can be immersed in a water bath to control the temperature during the processing.

Filter/Extruder: All types of homogenizers from Ovistein can be equipped with high-pressure filters/extruders. Its application fields include extrusion processing of lotion or liposome through polycarbonate membrane and high-pressure filtration disinfection.

Homogenization valve: Ovistein's homogenizer uses a dynamically adjustable homogenization valve. The homogenization valve can be easily disassembled for cleaning and inspection. After homogenization of the sample, the dispersed phase particle size can be reduced to below 50 nanometers and an extremely narrow particle size distribution can be achieved.

Cleaning/Disinfection: The equipment can be disinfected online. Suitable for sterilization rooms and GMP manufacturing processes. All wet parts can be sterilized with high pressure and can be easily disassembled, inspected, and reassembled.
