working principle
There is a magnetic small impeller installed in the pipeline inside the flowmeter. When the fluid passes through the pipeline, it impacts the impeller blades, causing the impeller to rotate. As the rotational angular velocity of the impeller is proportional to the fluid flow rate, the rotating impeller will cause the induction Hall switch to generate a pulse frequency proportional to the flow rate. The transmitter then converts the pulse frequency into an electrical signal output, which is finally transmitted to the display instrument to display the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate of the fluid.
