Structural principle of kerosene level gauge manufacturer:
The liquid level gauge works based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The magnetic steel inside the float is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip columns to flip 180 °. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the medium liquid level in the container, thus achieving the indication of the liquid level.
The significant feature of the magnetic flap level gauge is that the liquid medium is completely isolated from the indicator, making it very safe, reliable, and durable in any situation. Various models of level gauges are equipped with level alarms and control switches, which can achieve upper and lower limit alarm, control, or interlocking of the liquid level or boundary. 1、 Difference in lining selection:
The stainless steel lined anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauge adopts a stainless steel body lined with polypropylene (PP) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) technology, which has high structural strength and corrosion resistance, and can be applied to acidic liquids such as hydrochloric acid, alkaline liquids, and organic solvents. But it is not suitable for measuring concentrated nitric acid, chlorine containing solvents, aromatic agents, aliphatic and other medium liquids. There are two types of side mounted anti-corrosion magnetic flap level gauges with stainless steel main body lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and stainless steel lined with polypropylene (PP), which are suitable for measuring corrosive media.
The side mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PTFE) is suitable for measuring liquid levels in corrosive media and high operating temperatures. It adopts advanced stainless steel lined PTFE stretching and flanging technology, with reliable structure and long service life. It is the best choice for measuring the liquid level of highly corrosive media such as hydrofluoric acid.
The side mounted lined magnetic flap level gauge (PP) is suitable for measuring inorganic corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid and dilute sulfuric acid. Due to the use of imported high-strength materials that can be close to metals, especially the unique insulation properties of PPR, this product is suitable for outdoor water tank level measurement and will not freeze inside in winter But it is not as good in temperature and pressure resistance as PTFE lining, and this product has a higher cost-effectiveness when the temperature and pressure are lower.
2、 Characteristics:

3、 Installation and maintenance
1. The installation must be vertical to ensure that the floating ball component can move freely up and down inside the main tube.
2. No magnetic conductors are allowed to approach the main body, otherwise it will directly affect the correct operation of the liquid level gauge.
3. After installation, it is necessary to calibrate the flip column guide with magnetic steel to display red below zero position and white above zero position.
4. When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the lower drainage pipe should be opened first to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the main pipe, avoiding the liquid medium from rapidly rising with the floating ball component, which may cause failure and disorderly flipping of the column. If this phenomenon occurs, it can be recalibrated with magnetic steel after the liquid level stabilizes.
