1、 Introduction to the Structure of LSS Vertical Gas Steam Boiler:

The vertical gas steam boiler is a vertical internal combustion fire tube boiler. The high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of the burner sequentially flushes the furnace chamber and the threaded flue pipe with internal spiral baffles from the top, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney from the lower flue chamber. The industrial burner with good technical performance of boiler configuration adopts advanced technologies such as automatic proportional adjustment of combustion, automatic adjustment of feedwater, program start stop, and fully automatic operation, and has automatic protection functions such as high and low water level alarm, extremely low water level, ultra-high steam pressure, and shutdown. This type of boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, easy operation, rapid installation, low pollution, low noise, and high efficiency.

2、 Description of Control System for LSS Vertical Gas Steam Boiler:

The vertical gas steam boiler adopts a fully automatic burner with good technical performance as the main combustion equipment. The combustion program of the burner is controlled by an advanced combustion program controller, which can achieve various functions necessary for normal combustion of the boiler. It can automatically implement protective shutdown in normal, accident and emergency situations, and is equipped with corresponding water level controllers and pressure regulators to achieve high and low water level indication, overpressure indication and adjustment, ensuring that the water level fluctuates within the normal range, the steam pressure fluctuates within the allowable pressure range, and protective stop indication is achieved when the water level is extremely low or overpressure occurs.

3、 Installation of main engine for vertical gas steam boiler:

⑴ The determination of boiler foundation should be based on local soil conditions, and the provided boiler foundation drawing should be referenced for redesign by the civil engineering department.

After the boiler foundation reaches its strength, it should be inspected and accepted according to the boiler drawings, and three benchmark lines for the overall boiler should be drawn:

a、 Horizontal reference line - center of the drum.

b、 Vertical reference line - base position line.

c、 Elevation baseline - Several relevant locations can be marked around the foundation, and the corresponding offset between each mark should not exceed 1mm.

After the main engine of the vertical gas steam boiler is transported to the installation site, the centerline of the boiler should be checked first to ensure that it matches the centerline drawn on the base; Is the normal water level of the water level gauge level; Then check if the contact between the base and the foundation is tight, and if there are gaps, add shims.

4、 Installation of auxiliary equipment for LSS vertical gas steam boiler:

The installation of the combustion engine and feedwater pump should be checked by opening the box according to the supply list before installation. Installation can only be carried out after confirming that the physical object matches the supply list and passes the inspection. After installation, check for any defects such as jamming or air leakage. Finally, connect the power and test drive to check if the motor direction is normal, if there is any friction or vibration, and if the motor temperature is normal.

If the connected smoke and air ducts are inconsistent with the design drawings and have significant changes in length, bends, and cross-sectional area, the smoke and air resistance should be redesigned, and the working pressure of the burner should be calibrated to meet the actual needs of the boiler.

5、 Installation of chimney for LSS vertical gas steam boiler:

⑴ During chimney installation, asbestos ropes should be embedded between the flanges, and the verticality of the chimney should be checked using a plumb line. If there is any deviation, it can be leveled and corrected at the flange connection.

⑵ Tighten the wire rope (steel wire rope) with flange bolts, and note that the tightness of the three steel wire ropes should be roughly the same.

According to the requirements of the environment and local departments, the height of the chimney can be shortened or increased.

6、 Installation of electric control cabinet for vertical gas steam boiler:

The electric control cabinet is the switch button for the combustion engine, water pump, water level alarm, etc. on the vertical gas steam boiler. After all are powered on, the box shell should be protectively grounded.

The electrical control cabinet should be installed in front of the boiler, close to the wall, to facilitate monitoring of various instruments on the boiler and facilitate operation.

7、 Safety protection device for LSS vertical gas steam boiler:

1. Real time monitoring function of vertical gas steam boiler water level: equipped with electronic water level detection device, real-time monitoring of boiler water level

2. Time setting function: Users can freely combine and set the start and stop time of the boiler according to their needs

3. Leakage protection function: When the control system detects a leakage in the electric heating element, it will automatically cut off the power supply

4. Water shortage protection for vertical gas steam boilers: When the boiler is short of water, the burner control circuit should be cut off in a timely manner to prevent dry burning and damage to the burner, and the controller should issue a water shortage alarm indication

5. Abnormal power protection function: The boiler immediately stops running

6. Overpressure interlock protection: When the pressure inside the boiler exceeds the user set value, the burner is prohibited from working and an alarm is triggered

7. Multiple safety protections such as pressure controller, water level alarm, safety valve, and extremely low water level alarm

8. Complete gas valve assembly and protection system: Provides a complete gas valve assembly and accessories including filters, pressure regulators, solenoid valves, etc., ensuring the safety of gas

9. The smoke monitoring device can automatically monitor the exhaust temperature of the boiler, making it more convenient to grasp the combustion situation of the vertical gas steam boiler.
