| Molten salt is a mixture of potassium nitrate (KNO3), sodium nitrite (NaNO2), and sodium nitrate (NaNO3). The heat carrier furnace heats the powdered molten salt to a melting point above 142 ℃, allowing it to circulate in a molten flow state. The maximum working temperature can reach a high temperature of 600 ℃. Put the powdered deep salt into the melting tank, and heat and melt it through the high-pressure steam heating tube or electric heating tube installed inside the tank. The viscosity of the molten salt heated directly into the tank can be circulated by a circulation pump to make the entire system in a flowing and recyclable state. After that, it is pumped to the heat carrier furnace for further circulation and heating to reach the usable temperature.
