working principle
The flow measurement of micro metal tube float is based on the principle of buoyancy. The measurement system includes a measuring tube and an indicator. The measuring tube includes a metal cone tube and a float that can move up and down inside the cone tube. Indicators include magnetic coupling systems, pointers, dials, circuit boards (remote transmission), alarm components, etc. When the measured medium flows through the instrument from bottom to top, the float inside the cone tube is subjected to three forces: buoyancy force F, upward fluid impulse force A, and float gravity G. When G=A+F, the float reaches a state of force equilibrium and stabilizes at a position in the measuring tube corresponding to the flow rate.
