One Overview of HS-2000 Liquefied Gas Level Gauge
When measuring the HS-2000 intelligent liquefied gas level gauge, the ultrasonic probe is installed directly below (at the bottom) the outer wall of the tested container, without the need for holes, easy to install, and does not affect on-site production. It can measure various toxic substances and pure liquids in high-temperature and high-pressure sealed containers. The instrument adopts explosion-proof design to meet explosion-proof requirements. The TK-LW external mounted ultrasonic level gauge adopts a sensor external attachment and non-contact measurement method with the measured liquid, achieving true complete isolation measurement. By combining the company's proprietary technologies such as variable frequency ultrasound, digital signal processing, pattern recognition, and database processing, the impact of tank walls and external interference has been overcome; At the same time, automatic parameter calibration can be performed to ensure that the instrument is not affected by changes in medium temperature and composition. It is particularly suitable for measuring the liquid level of various toxic substances, strong acids, strong alkalis, and various pure liquids in closed containers, without opening holes, using hot work, and achieving non-stop installation of the tank body. At the same time, the instrument can output standard communication signals such as (4-20) mA to output measurement results to automation control systems such as DCS.
working principle:
The TK-LW intelligent external mounted ultrasonic level gauge adopts the principle of sonar (ultrasonic) echo distance measurement. The measuring probe emits and receives sonar signals, penetrates the container wall to form echoes in the liquid, and achieves distance measurement. The side (or diagonally below) probe is a calibration probe that can continuously or periodically emit calibration sound waves to achieve sound velocity calibration and ensure high-precision and stable measurement. Especially in the liquid level measurement of large range spherical tanks, fuzzy processing theory and variable frequency ultrasound technology are used to establish advantages in large range liquid level measurement.

Guidelines for selecting liquefied petroleum gas level gauges:
1. The nominal pressure of anti-corrosion type should be ≤ 1.0MPa.
2. There is a certain blind spot in the liquid level gauge, so compensation for the blind spot value should be added when reading the liquid level height (when our liquid level gauge leaves the factory, the zero position of the scale has been moved to the actual value).
3. The measuring range of the liquid level gauge should not exceed 5 meters, otherwise it will affect the stability, reliability, and fastness of the liquid level gauge.
4. Install the connecting flange, and refer to the commonly used protrusion size reference (HG21592-97) for manufacturing this level gauge at the factory.
Installation, use, and maintenance of liquefied petroleum gas level gauges:
1. The protective conduit and main conduit of the liquid level gauge must be kept vertical
2. The connecting rod cannot bend and must be inserted straight
3. After installation, the flip column of the monitor needs to be guided once with magnetic steel to display white above zero and red below zero.
