working principle
The dried object is added from the middle of the shell, and under the continuous rotation of the rake teeth, the material moves back and forth in the axial direction. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly updated, and is indirectly heated by steam. The uniform stirring of the rake teeth and the crushing of the crushing rod make it easier to discharge the surface moisture of the material. The vaporized moisture is discharged from the vacuum pump outlet through the dry dust collector, wet dust collector, and condenser. Suitable materials for rake dryer: materials below 100 mesh, pigments, clay like materials, soda ash detergents, alkali stone starch, dyes and pigments, clay ash, etc.

Precautions
1. Heating or cooling of the dryer should be carried out slowly, and users should adopt appropriate heating and cooling speeds according to the situation.
2. During the operation of the equipment, samples should be taken according to standard procedures, and after sampling, the equipment should be turned off and restarted.
3. The maximum temperature for selecting MOS2 composite base grease (ZFG-IE) for rolling bearings is 150 degrees, and it should be checked at least once a month. If the grease becomes dry, it should be replaced with new grease in a timely manner.
4. The maintenance of cylindrical gear reducers should be carried out according to their instructions.
5. After each drying of the filter inside the tank, the adsorbed powder on top should be cleaned to ensure smooth filtration.
6. The mechanical seal or packing seal between the spindle and the tank body should be checked regularly. Immediate repair or replacement of seals upon discovery of leaks.
7. The equipment should be inspected and repaired once every six months to a year during operation. During maintenance, the original assembly method and tolerance requirements should not be changed, and corresponding lubricating oil should be added according to regulations
