By adjusting the line speed between its two ends and the inner and outer rings of the mold, there is no displacement friction between the wheel and the mold, reducing resistance, lowering kinetic energy loss, and extending the service life of the mold. This is a significant difference from similar compression molding equipment. It adopts a screw center pressure regulating mechanism, and the mold clearance varies with the size, suitable for different materials, to ensure the pressing effect. Its pressure wheel adopts a large body and wide groove, which is pressure resistant and wear-resistant. The pressure wheel adopts multiple uniformly distributed ones, which runs smoothly. At the same time, it increases the pressing area and improves production efficiency. The compression molding of sawdust and straw requires a lot of pressure. In similar granulation, block pressing, and rod making equipment, the pressure wheel component is the central component of the entire equipment.
The advantage of the "cone wheel flat die" in terms of the ability to arbitrarily increase the pressure wheel is incomparable to other equipment. For example, the ring model granulator is limited by the diameter of the ring mold, which prevents the pressure wheel from increasing, resulting in a smaller pressure wheel bearing chamber. The assembled bearings do not have strong pressure bearing capacity, and bearing damage causes the equipment to stop three times and rest two times. This model has diversified compression molding, and can produce round bars, blocks, and particles by simply changing the mold, adapting to different materials for compression molding and achieving optimal efficiency. The granulation room is equipped with an observation door for easy maintenance and repair at any time.
