Fast granulatorIt is a novel whole grain equipment that has the advantages of small size, high efficiency, uniform whole grain, low noise, and strong universality. Widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals.
According to GMP requirements, all components are made of stainless steel, with no metal friction or dead corners between the stator and sieve, and easy cleaning. In addition to whole dry particles, wet particles can also be whole. Due to the use of a sieve rotating structure, efficiency is greatly improved and the degree of particle breakage is reduced.
Scope of application
1. This machine is a device that uses the swinging effect of a rotating drum to grind wet powder raw materials into particles through a wire sieve. It can also be widely used for crushing already formed blocks into ready-made particles.
2. In the field of chemical drugs, it is used as a wet powder to grind into particles, which are then dried and compressed into tablets. It can also be crushed into blocks that solidify during storage or block during chemical processing. In the food industry, it is used to process candies, sugar mixtures, malt milk, and other products. In other industries such as ceramics and plastics, it is used as molded particles in mixtures.
3. It is not suitable for semi-solid, fluid, slurry, or abrasion applications.
Basic characteristics of stainless steel rapid granulator
1. The machine is sturdy and powerful, easy to operate, runs smoothly, and has a large capacity bucket. The rotating drum is made of stainless steel to ensure the quality, cleanliness, and colorfastness of the processed material.
2. The mesh size of the mesh sieve should be determined by the particle size requirements and provided by the user. Its device is clamped with two steel pipes, easy to install and disassemble, and supported by fine toothed gears for appropriate adjustment.
Construction Description
1. Main body: The body is an independent rectangular cylinder, with a closed bearing seat connected to the powder hopper. The powder hopper extends outward from the body of the machine, and a V-shaped chassis is installed below it, which is wide and flat on the ground, so it needs to be installed below and can be placed indoors for use at will.
2. Particle manufacturing device: The rotating drum is horizontally placed under the powder hopper, with bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in a reverse direction through the transmission of gears, and the front bearing cover on the end face is movable. When assembling and disassembling, simply unscrew one wing nut, and the bearing cover and rotating drum can be extracted. The two ends of the placing drum are made with convex square rings embedded in the bearing chamber, which can prevent oil stains from infiltrating the powder and prevent adhesion and blockage.
3. Gearbox: It adopts worm gear transmission with a speed ratio of 1:12. The box can store oil to ensure good lubrication and no noise of the gears. There is a sight glass on the box to observe the operation and oil storage. The outer end of the worm gear is equipped with an eccentric shaft to drive the rack to move back and forth.
4. Screen clamp: The device is made of steel pipes on both sides of the rotating drum, with a long groove in the middle. The two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove. The screen is wrapped around the outer circle of the rotating drum by rotating the flower shaped handwheel, which is supported by gears and can be adjusted for tightness.
5. Motor frame: One is securely fastened to the screw, and the motor is mounted on the iron plate. When the screw bolt is rotated, the motor moves up and down to adjust the belt.
Function Description
1. Usage: Start the machine and pour the mixture into the hopper. The swinging action of the rotating drum forms particles through the wire mesh, which fall into the container. If crushed into pieces, they should be gradually added and not filled up to avoid excessive pressure and damage to the mesh.
2. Attention: If the powder in the powder hopper cannot be removed, do not use your hands to shovel it to avoid accidents that may cause injury to your hands. Use a bamboo shovel or park to work.
3. Speed selection: Due to the different properties of the raw materials used, the speed can be selected based on the viscosity and dryness of the materials. Dry products are faster, while wet products should be slower, but their range cannot be uniformly defined and should be determined by the user based on actual operating conditions.
Mechanical lubrication
1. The box of the machine is equipped with an oil gauge. Before driving, all the oil should be added once, and it can be added midway according to the temperature rise and operation of each bearing.
2. The worm gear housing must store engine oil for a long time, with the oil level reaching the point where the worm gear is completely immersed in the oil. If used frequently, the oil must be replaced every three months, and there is an oil plug at the bottom that can be used to drain the oil.
3. When refueling the machine, do not let the oil overflow beyond the cup, let alone flow around the machine or onto the ground. Because oil can easily contaminate materials and affect product quality.
Maintenance Instructions
1. Regularly inspect the machine parts, once a month, to check whether the moving parts such as the worm gear, worm gear, bolts on the lubrication block, bearings, etc. are rotating flexibly and worn. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner and not forced to be used.
2. The machine should be used indoors in a dry and clean environment, and should not be used in places where acids or other corrosive gases are circulating in the atmosphere.
3. After the machine is used up or stopped, the rotating drum should be removed for cleaning and brushing the remaining powder in the bucket, and then installed properly to prepare for the next use.
4. When the drum moves back and forth during operation, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the appropriate position. If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the M10 screws behind the bearing frame to the appropriate position, adjust the clearance so that the bearing does not make any noise, manually rotate the pulley, and tighten it appropriately. Over tightening or over loosening may cause damage to the machine.
5. If the machine is not in use for a long time, it must be wiped clean all over the body, and the smooth surface of the parts should be coated with anti rust oil and covered with a cloth.
Installation Instructions
1. This machine is packed as a whole, and after unpacking, it should be moved to a suitable place for use, leveled, and ready for use.
2. Installation of electrical circuits: Attention should be paid to the direction of rotation and do not reverse it, because one end of the worm has a flat ball bearing, and the direction of force must be on the bearing, otherwise it will cause damage and heat to the other end of the worm, affecting the service life of the machine.
