2、 Measurement principle of lubricating oil flowmeter

Under the action of the pressure difference between the liquid at the inlet and outlet of the flowmeter measurement chamber, a pair of elliptical gears continuously rotate on the bearings and discharge the liquid. By measuring the number of revolutions of the elliptical gears, the total value of the liquid flowing through the instrument can be determined. If the volume Q discharged after one revolution of the elliptical gear and the number of rotations of the elliptical gear per unit time is N, then the volume of liquid flowing through during that time is NQ.
3、 Characteristics of Lubricating Oil Flow Meter Products
The lubricating oil flowmeter installed correctly according to the requirements can ensure sufficient accuracy during use, and the accuracy of the cumulative value can usually reach level 0.5, making it a relatively accurate flow measuring instrument. However, if the flow rate of the measured medium is too high during use.
Small, the impact of instrument leakage errors will become prominent, and sufficient measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, diesel flow meters of different models and specifications have an allowable value for * * * small flow rate. LAGear flowmeter (circular gear flowmeter)
overview
It is a new type of volumetric flowmeter, also known as a Fuda flowmeter, used for precise continuous or intermittent measurement of liquid flow or instantaneous flow in pipelines. It is suitable for flow measurement of high viscosity media such as heavy oil, polyvinyl alcohol, and resin, and can accurately measure small flow rates.
Working principle and structure
There is a pair of gears that mesh with each other inside the flowmeter chamber as rotors. The two gears and the chamber can form a fixed volume, which is called the standard volume. The flow rate is measured by calculating the number of flows through the standard volume over a certain period of time.

Flow measurement is independent of the flow state of the fluid;
