Application Scope Application

MVR cycle evaporator is suitable for evaporating products that are insensitive to high temperatures in situations where large evaporation capacity is required. Suitable for products that are prone to crust formation and for the evaporation of non Newtonian fluids with reduced apparent viscosity during high-speed flow. Equipped with a separated boiling chamber and top separator, suitable for vacuum or positive pressure evaporation in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, biotechnology, environmental protection, and waste liquid recovery, and should not contain crystalline materials.


System Composition

The system consists of a vertical evaporative heater, gas-liquid separator, non condensable gas condenser, small flow forced circulation pump, discharge pump, vacuum and drainage system, steam separator, operating platform, electrical instrument control cabinet and valves, pipelines, etc.

1. Due to the 100% recycling of latent heat from secondary steam, the use of fresh steam is avoided, resulting in a significant reduction in energy consumption;

2. Due to the cancellation of circulating cooling water, the problems of water consumption, power consumption, and high maintenance costs caused by cooling towers have been greatly reduced;

3. For thermosensitive materials, a vacuum pump can be used in conjunction to achieve low-temperature evaporation under a vacuum close to absolute pressure, with evaporation reaching up to 30 degrees Celsius;

4. Simple process control and automation. Due to the small amount of liquid retention, the falling film evaporator can quickly operate based on changes in vacuum degree, feed rate, concentration, temperature, etc. This is the basic condition for obtaining products with stable quality.

5. The processing capacity can reach 150t/h, with a relatively small footprint, compact structure, and smooth operation.
