Maintenance of three-phase spiral settling centrifuge

  • After disassembling the spiral and placing it in the spiral maintenance area, carefully inspect the entire spiral for damage, mark the areas with severe wear, place the spiral on the spiral frame, and perform spiral wear-resistant layer welding on the worn areas. After welding, according to technical standards, perform turning processing. After completing the above tasks, perform spiral dynamic balance testing.

Maintenance of three-phase spiral settling centrifuge

  • Imported centrifugal dynamic balancing experiment: In order to reduce workload, the dynamic balancing experiment is divided into two steps. The repaired spiral is tested * times, and after calibration, the vibration intensity is as close to 0 as possible, and the bearing temperature rise is less than 80 degrees. After meeting the technical standards, the spiral is loaded into the drum. After tightening the screws and installing the components, conduct a dynamic balance experiment again. Data should be recorded for each experiment to identify the area causing vibration. After stopping the machine, repair the department and conduct another experiment. When the rotation speed reaches the normal working speed of the centrifuge, the vibration intensity is less than 5 and the bearing temperature rise is less than 80 degrees.
  • Imported centrifuge differential maintenance: The differential is an important component of the centrifuge, with a fine internal structure. When disassembling, it requires a very high external environment and must be carried out in a constant temperature environment. The lubricant inside can be solid or liquid, so special attention should be paid when disassembling. The main cause of differential failure is poor lubrication, and in severe cases, it can burn out the bearings. Differential failure is mainly manifested by loud noise and oil leakage during the operation of the centrifuge. When these two situations occur, the machine should be stopped immediately to prevent worse situations.
