The structure of the flocculant dosing device mainly includes the feeding system, storage tank, dosing system, power control system, etc. The dissolution tank is equipped with facilities required for automatic operation, such as level gauges, low level alarms, valves, etc. A magnetic flap level gauge is installed on the outer wall of the barrel to monitor the liquid level in real-time. There is a feeding port and a backup port on the top of the barrel, and a discharge port, a discharge port, an overflow port, a level gauge interface, and corresponding matching valves are provided on the side of the barrel. When the liquid level in the bucket is lower than the set low liquid level value, the alarm system will automatically activate and the dosing pump will pause.

The working structure principle of flocculant dosing device:
PY4-6000 mainly consists of a solution tank, a mixing tank (with a stirrer), a metering pump, a liquid level gauge, an electric control cabinet, pipelines, valves, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, bases, escalators, etc. (can be configured according to actual user requirements).
PY4-6000 is prepared in a mixing tank according to the required concentration of the drug. After being stirred evenly by the mixer, it is added to the solution tank and transported to the dosing point or system using a metering pump (dosing pump).
