Installation requirements for homogenizer on site

1. Each homogenizer needs to be filled with mechanical lubricating oil (there should be no oil in the transportation equipment), model: Great Wall Xuneng medium load air compressor oil L-DAB150. The amount of refueling varies for each model, please contact the equipment sales consultant for inquiries.

Before feeding into the homogenizer, a conveying pump (with a flow rate 1.5 times that of the homogenizer and a head greater than 36 meters) is required. It is recommended to use a rotary pump. For special high viscosity materials, please consult the sales consultant.

3. Before feeding into the homogenizer, the material needs to be filtered (it is recommended to use a 100 mesh dual filter).

4. If the flow rate of the homogenizer is greater than or equal to 5 tons per hour, a flushing pipe needs to be added to the inlet and outlet. (Reduce pipeline vibration caused by high flow)

5. It is recommended to have a reflux pipe for the discharge of the homogenizer (the discharge refluxes to the feed), as it takes 1-3 minutes from the start of the homogenizer to the completion of pressurization, during which the material is not homogenized.

6. There should be a spoiler at the bottom outlet of the homogenizer feed tank to prevent vortices and air from entering the homogenizer. It is recommended to leave the feed at the top of the tank along the tank wall (this can minimize material foaming).

7. The homogenizer is not equipped with cables at the factory (the distance between the homogenizer and the distribution cabinet cannot be estimated due to different production conditions of each customer), so it needs to be self powered (with forward and reverse rotation).

8. The base of the homogenizer can be rotated and adjusted (without horizontal requirements).

9. It is recommended to install a safety valve for the discharge pipeline (pressure of 6Mpa is sufficient).
