DZS seriesVibrating conveyorBy utilizing the vibration of the material trough, the material in the trough can be quickly transported from the inlet to the outlet, which can be used to transport various materials such as block, particle or powder, normal temperature or high temperature. This series of vibrating conveyors has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, low noise, reliable operation, no dust pollution, and easy installation and maintenance. Widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical industry, grain, glass, ceramics and other industries. The DZS series vibration conveyor has two types: open and closed. The cross-section of the material trough can be made into various forms such as circular, rectangular, and trapezoidal. The feeding and discharging of the material trough can also be made into various types such as one point feeding, one point discharging, one point feeding, multi-point discharging, multi-point feeding, and one point discharging as needed. When the conveying distance is long, multiple conveyors can be connected to transport. The DZS series vibrating conveyor trough is supported by rubber springs or steel springs, and relies on the self synchronous operation of two vibration motors fixed on the trough to generate linear vibration. This series of conveyors works in the resonance zone, so the amplitude is stable and the material is transported evenly.
Installation and use of motor vibration conveyor:
The DZS series vibrating conveyor can be made in three forms: upper vibration, lower vibration, and side vibration.
The power supply for the two vibration motors of the DZS series vibration conveyor is three-phase 380V, 50Hz.
1. Before the air freight test run, it is necessary to check whether the bolts of each part, especially the foundation bolts of the vibration motor, are tightened. After continuous operation for 4 hours, the connecting bolts of each part should be re tightened, and then re tightened 2-3 times within a week.
2. The rotation direction of the two vibration motors should be opposite during operation.
3. During the air transport test run, check whether the conveyor is running smoothly and pay attention to the temperature rise of the vibration motor bearings. After continuous operation for 4 hours, the maximum temperature of the bearings should not exceed 75 ℃.

DZS series motor vibration conveyor can be made according to user needs: bottom vibration type: the vibration motor is placed under the conveyor; Upward vibration type: The vibration motor is placed on top of the feeder; Adjustable speed: The vibration frequency of the vibration motor can be infinitely adjusted within the range of 0-rated frequency; Open type: The upper part of the conveyor is open, which is more suitable for downward vibration; Sealed type: The conveyor is completely sealed except for the inlet and outlet ports; Base type: For large (heavy) conveyors, a base type structure is generally used.
