1. Technical features:

High pressure oil resistant hoses are selected, and a lubrication system combining forced injection and splash is adopted. Under the same production conditions, the oil temperature can maintain a relatively stable temperature, and the oil viscosity is not easily diluted, continuously exerting a good lubrication effect; At the same time, a circulating cooling system is adopted, greatly reducing the temperature of the transmission box and decreasing the loss of lubricating oil. (Note: The forced injection system, also known as the anti lock braking system, is directly injected into the middle of the bearing through a high-pressure oil resistant hose, forming a lubricating surface on the contact surface between the bearing and the crankshaft, changing the traditional method of using the bearing without direct oil lubrication on the contact surface between the bearing and the crankshaft, which leads to excessive temperature rise in the transmission case.)

External structure of pump body

The high-pressure sealing cover of the pump body adopts a square cover, which has high strength and better sealing effect. The fastening nut is a cover nut, with a coordinated and beautiful appearance. The valve body and material channel of the pump comply with food hygiene standards and meet pharmaceutical standards. The import and export pipe fittings are connected to the pump body and valve body with flexible joints, which facilitates pipeline installation and allows for easy disassembly. The pump valve body has undergone special solution heat treatment, which enhances the flexibility of the pump valve body and greatly improves its service life.

Transmission box

The crankshaft is made of alloy ductile iron and special alloy steel, which are wear-resistant and have a long service life; The crankshaft transmission adopts a Haff type and intermediate support structure (which effectively avoids the accumulation of stress caused by long-term operation of the crankshaft), modular, structurally reasonable, and easy to maintain; The transmission shaft and crankshaft adopt helical gear low-speed transmission, with low noise and good stability. The transmission case cover adopts O-type sealing, with good sealing effect. Filling the gearbox is simple, convenient, and more user-friendly.

Homogenizing valves, one-way valves, and plungers are made of special alloy steel, which has the characteristics of wear resistance, impact resistance, and long service life. They are also suitable for any disinfection process (including CIP). In special circumstances, ceramic materials can be used for homogenization valves, one-way valves, and plungers, which can also adapt to any disinfection process. Various sealing materials have the characteristics of wear resistance, non toxicity, high temperature resistance, and long service life. (Note: Homogenizing valves, one-way valves, plungers, and seals have all reached excellent levels and can replace imports.) Replacement of vulnerable parts is worry free, labor-saving, and simple (replacing plungers, plunger seals, and other parts does not require disassembling the pump body).
