Purpose and Introduction

This oral liquid production line has functions such as cleaning, drying, sterilization, filling, and sealing. Mainly used for cleaning straight tube bottles. This machine uses a screw to feed bottles. The bottles are inverted in the bottle feeding hopper on both sides, and the bottle screw sends the bottles forward one by one. After the bottles are washed with recycled water and purified water multiple times inside and outside, they are then blown away by purified compressed air to remove any remaining water droplets. The bottles are then flipped 180 degrees by the bottle flipping track and enter the oven for drying and sterilization. After being discharged, they directly enter the filling equipment for automatic filling, with a lid and sealing. This line is designed reasonably and has a high degree of automation.
