PC-100 Needle Puller

The method of using this needle puller is to vertically stretch the glass tube with its own weight. Two options are available for vertical stretching: a single stretch with one stretch at a time, and a double stretch with settings changed midway. So PC-10 can produce slender microneedles for injection and stable microelectrodes for nail clips. The setting change of the dual needle puller can be pre-set and automatically executed by a person. The maximum output of the electromagnetic field and a heater of 100 display its digital value. The gradual increase in heater output makes precise large-scale production easier. This needle puller has several simple and easy to operate features, such as adjusting the tightness based on its own weight.
