Overview of Pneumatic Cut off Valve:
The pneumatic cut-off valve of the ammonia water storage tank is composed of a fireproof and anti-static ball valve and a pneumatic actuator. The pneumatic actuator structure is divided into a double acting pneumatic actuator (normally open) and a single acting pneumatic actuator (normally closed). The remote control of the cut-off valve is achieved through the control of the explosion-proof solenoid valve coil. Pneumatic cut-off valves can achieve centralized automation control, quickly open or close pipelines, and effectively control and manage emergency situations in storage tanks, pipelines, and workshop production.

Working principle of ammonia pneumatic cut-off valve:
1. When the pneumatic actuator is connected to the circuit and system air source, air enters cylinder A (cylinder B) through pipe A or B to push the piston towards one end, thereby driving the rotating shaft and ball core to rotate 90 °.
2. The top of the pneumatic actuator is linked with a visual device, and when the green sign points to the word "open", it indicates that the valve is open.
3. When the green light of the reply signal light is on, the valve is in the open position, and when the red light is on, the valve is in the closed position.
4. The air pressure reducing valve can filter moisture and impurities and regulate the pressure of the air source.

The handle is equipped with a limit structure, which sets limits at the opening and closing positions of the valve. The thrust bearing reduces the friction torque of the valve stem, which can make the valve stem operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time. Due to the good self-lubricating properties of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, the friction loss with the ball is small, so the service life of the pneumatic cut-off valve is long.
