Liquid chlorine valve, also known as liquid chlorine valve, is a type of fluoroplastic fully lined corrosion-resistant valve. It is made by molding (or embedding) polytetrafluoroethylene resin (or profiles processed) onto the outer surface of the inner wall (or valve internals) of steel or iron valve pressure parts, and utilizing its performance in resisting strong corrosive media to make liquid chlorine valves.

Working principle of liquid chlorine valve:

Liquid chlorine valve rotates around the centerline of the valve body with the valve stem to achieve valve opening and closing. Adopting a special molding process to make the sealing surface dense and good, combined with V-shaped PTFE packing combination to achieve zero leakage of the valve; The sphere and valve stem are cast as one, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem bursting out of the pressure bearing part due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring safety during use; Adopting the all plastic lining process, it is resistant to strong corrosion from the medium.

Liquid chlorine special valve is composed of explosion-proof electric actuator and fluorine lined ball valve. The actuator adopts an integrated design, and can be directly switched/adjusted by inputting 220V power supply. It can also be equipped with a built-in servo module, and can be controlled by inputting control signals (4-20mADC or 1-5VDC) and single-phase power supply to operate. Explosion proof level is dIIBT4, protection level is IP67, with on-site manual handwheel control device. The main feature is that when not powered, manual operation can be performed by pulling the clutch handle. When powered on, the clutch automatically resets. The flow direction can be arbitrary, and it can be installed horizontally or vertically.
