Pulp slurry emulsifierEmulsifier is a device that efficiently, quickly, and uniformly transfers one or more phases (liquid, solid) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). When the fineness of one or more materials reaches the micrometer or even nanometer level, the system can be considered homogeneous. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. The high shear homogenizer, due to the strong kinetic energy brought by the high tangent speed and high-frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, makes the materials subject to intense mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tear and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, forming suspension (solid/liquid), lotion (liquid/liquid) and foam (gas/liquid). The high shear homogenizer instantly disperses and emulsifies immiscible solid, liquid, and gas phases uniformly and finely under the combined action of corresponding processes and appropriate additives. Through the cyclic operation of the high-frequency high shear dispersing emulsifier, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.
Comparison between GRS2000 series products and traditional equipment:
1. Traditional equipment requires an 8-hour dispersion process, while GRS2000 equipment can complete it in 1 hour, making it more efficient and energy-saving.
2. The stirring speed of traditional equipment is several tens of revolutions per minute, and the speed with dispersion function is also within 1500 revolutions per minute, while the GRS2000 series can reach 5000-6000 revolutions per minute, which is even faster. The shear force generated by the ultra-high linear velocity instantly refines and disperses the material, resulting in higher quality products.
Comparison between GRS2000 series and similar devices:
1. Heating issue. During the processing of similar equipment, when high viscosity materials enter the cavity, the conveying effect is poor due to the high back pressure, resulting in the materials staying in the equipment cavity for too long and causing severe heating. The GRS2000 series equipment reduces back pressure resistance, improves conveying capacity, reduces dwell time, and reduces material heating while ensuring effectiveness.
2. Multi layer multi-directional shear dispersion. The structure of components such as the stator and rotor of similar equipment is single, and the multi-level and multi-layer structure is only a simple repetitive processing. The same tooth groove structure is prone to short circuiting of biological materials passing through the working chamber without dispersion. The GRS2000 series stator and rotor structure adopts the concept of multi-layer multi-directional shearing. The prefabricated structure allows materials to be sheared and dispersed in different directions, eliminating short circuits and achieving finer dispersion.
