With a diameter of only 25 mm and equipped with a series of scanning and triggering modules, the SP25M is the world's smallest multi-purpose scanning probe system.The SP25M consists of two sensors, contained within a casing. Users can choose any one of the five scanning modules (capable of installing M3 probes with lengths ranging from 20 mm to 400 mm) and switch with the adapter module (compatible with Renishaw's TP20 series probe module). This function can be implemented in a single probe system for scanning and triggering measurements.The compact size and automatic suction installation function of SP25M make it compatible with PH10M PLUS/PH10MQ PLUS and PH6M measuring sockets. It can also be installed on a multi-core extension rod with automatic adsorption. At the same time, these combinations have excellent tactile capabilities, making it easy to detect various component features.

SP25M system:
A series of module components enable SP25M users to enhance their probe measurement capabilities over time. Each SM25 # scanning module has been optimized in terms of gain and spring rigidity, and can adapt to the specified range of probe lengths. Each module has a matching SH25- # probe holder. The SH25-3 and SH25-4 probe holder is a fixed carbon fiber rod with an M3 probe installed on it, providing a suitable working length. Meanwhile, when using the SM25-1/2/3/4/5 scanning module and the original standard probe holder (SH25-1/2/3/4/5), the SP25M can be equipped with a crank type (non straight) probe configuration. However, in situations where a large bias is required to achieve good measurement performance, Renishaw recommends using the SH25-2A/3A/4A series probe holder, which is specifically designed to address issues that may arise from such probe combinations.
