TP20 is an ultra small trigger probe with module exchange function, which can be equipped with a series of probe configurations and extended rods to measure the characteristics of complex workpieces.TP20 is compatible with MCR20 and PI 200-3TP20 is an ultra small five or six way mechanical trigger probe system. Dual component design, consisting of a probe body and a detachable probe module, connected using high repeatability magnetic connectors. Therefore, it has the function of manually or automatically changing the probe configuration, without the need to recalibrate the probe end, greatly saving the time of the detection cycle.The module has multiple triggering forces, enabling the probe performance to fully meet measurement requirements. There are also a series of probe extension rods and a six way module to choose from. The installation thread of the measuring needle matches the Renishaw M2 series measuring needle.The TP20 system can be conveniently used for the transformation of coordinate measuring machine systems and is compatible with existing trigger probe interfaces, extension rods, and adapters.
