The TP200 is an ultra small probe with module exchange function, which uses a strain gauge mechanism and has a longer lifespan and higher accuracy than mechanical trigger probes. The TP200 adopts a micro strain gauge sensor to achieve excellent measurement repeatability and precise 3D spatial shape measurement accuracy, even when equipped with a long measuring needle. Sensor technology provides sub micron level repeatability and eliminates the anisotropy problem of mechanical structural probes. TP200BThe technology used is the same as TP200, but allows for higher vibration tolerances. This helps to overcome the problem of false triggering caused by vibrations transmitted by coordinate measuring machines or the use of long measuring needles at high speeds.Please note that we do not recommend using the TP200B with LF module or crank/star gauge.

The TP200 system components include:
TP200 or TP200B probe body (TP200B is another type, allowing for greater vibration tolerance)
TP200 Needle Module - Choose Fixed Over Range Force Measurement: SF (Standard Force) or LF (Low Force)
PI 200-3 probe interface
SCR200 needle exchange rack
There is also an EO module (extended over range) that measures the same force as SF, but has a larger working range and provides protection in the Z-axis direction of the probe.

TP200 Needle Module:

The probe module is installed on the TP200/TP200B probe body through a magnetic joint with high repeatability mechanical positioning, and has the functions of rapid probe exchange and probe overtravel protection.

There are three types of measuring needle modules to choose from, with two different over range force measurements.

Application

Generally used.

Small diameter measuring balls or situations where small force measurement is necessary.

Extra overtravel enables the coordinate measuring machine to safely stop and retract at higher contact speeds.

Instructions

The length of the measuring needle can reach up to 100 mm, and the diameter of the measuring ball is greater than 1 mm.

The diameter of the measuring ball is less than 1 mm.

Same as SF's over range force measurement.

The additional travel of the Z-axis of the measuring head is 8 mm.

SCR200It can automatically exchange up to six TP200 probe modules at high speed. SCR200 is equipped with a dedicated probe interface -PI 200-3Power supply and ensure safe needle exchange. The SCR200 kit can include both low force and standard force components, with each kit consisting of one SCR200 and three pin modules with the same force measurement.
