TP6 triggers the probe
The TP6 trigger probe combines the accuracy and flexibility of the TP2-5 probe with the sturdy structure of the M8 mounting thread and the high tolerance of TP1 (S). The large diameter of TP6 (25mm) allows the probe to carry longer and heavier touch devices than TP2-5, allowing it to be used on general DCC and manual CMMs. It includes an M3 contact installation that allows compatibility with Renishaw's range of M3 and M2 probes and accessories, with the use of appropriate contact adapters if necessary.
