Working principle of roller dry granulation machine

The dry granulation machine uses two relatively moving rollers for extrusion molding, with a certain gap (adjustable) between the two rollers, and they rotate relative to each other at the same speed. One set of roller shaft seats is fixed, while the other set of roller shaft seats slides to help the hydraulic cylinder apply pressure to each other. The surface of the rolling mill is regularly arranged with many arc grooves of the same shape and size. The two rolling mills are in a horizontal parallel state, and the powder and granular materials are continuously and uniformly pressed between the rolling mills by their own weight and forced feeders, and formed under the high pressure of the two rolling mills. Next, it enters the shredding device for particle breakage, and then the finished particles are screened out by the screening machine. The screened defective products can be put back into the feeding port for secondary granulation. The particle shape depends on the arc groove shape on the surface of the roller (such as elliptical, sheet-like, or strip-shaped).
