The SC twin-screw extruder granulator has two types of discharge: side discharge and front discharge. Wet or low softening point (generally less than 50 ℃) materials that are mixed and kneaded are extruded from the die opening template under the action of screw conveying and extrusion, and then dried or cooled to obtain granular products, thereby achieving the goal of changing powdered products into uniform granular products. The particle shape is cylindrical, and the diameter of the finished particles can be adjusted and controlled by the opening diameter of the template: the side discharge is 0.3-2.0mm, the front discharge is 1.2-12mm, and the particle yield is ≥ 95%. Due to the wet granulation process of powdered materials, the operating conditions for granulation and subsequent processes such as drying and packaging are greatly improved. Generally, it can reduce on-site dust flying by more than 90%. By granulation, it is possible to avoid the phenomena of agglomeration, bridging, pulsation, and other factors that may affect the use of powder products. At the same time, it avoids secondary pollution caused by powder during use, greatly improving the physical properties of the product. In general, the stacking density of granulation products is significantly increased, which can save transportation, storage, and packaging space.
