　　Rotary filterworking principle

1. Feeding stage: The material slowly enters the cylinder through the feeding port and is smoothly and evenly distributed on the turntable through the feeder. Connect vacuum at the bottom to separate the solid and mother liquor of the material.

2. Washing stage: The turntable automatically rotates 360 degrees. When the turntable reaches the first washing position, the washing solution enters the special washing device through the washing port and evenly washes the filter cake. The turntable entering the second washing position is similar to the first washing. .

3. Discharge stage: After secondary washing, the filter cake reaches the washing effect. The turntable rotates continuously 360 degrees and enters the continuous filtration stage. Through continuous vacuum pumping, the filter cake reaches controllable moisture content. The turntable rotates to the scraper discharge position, and through a special discharge device, the filter cake is scraped out of the turntable, allowing the material to enter the discharge port.

4. Transmission part: The explosion-proof motor drives the reducer, which in turn drives the mixing spindle to rotate, achieving the rotation of the turntable.
