The system adopts PLC control, and the touch screen can display the rotation speed of the working turntable, as well as the system pressure, filling depth, pre pressing and main pressing thickness, and pressing output. It can display the average working pressure of each die in working condition and the speed of the forced feeder impeller. Display and record of faults such as emergency stop, motor overload, and system overpressure.
1. Structural features:
Single pressure, single-sided output. Using IPT stamping dies, granular raw materials can be pressed into circular pieces and various specifications of irregular pieces.
● It has two pressing functions, pre pressing and main pressing, which can improve the quality of pressing.
Adopting a variable frequency stepless speed regulation device, it is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
Adopting PLC programmer and touch screen, with digital display function.
The main transmission structure is reasonable, the transmission stability is good, and the service life is long.
Equipped with motor overload protection device, it can automatically shut down when the pressure is overloaded. There are pressure overpressure protection, emergency stop device, and strong exhaust heat dissipation device.
The stainless steel outer shell is in a fully enclosed form, and all parts that come into contact with the drug are made of stainless steel material or surface treated.
The four sides of the tablet pressing room are made of transparent organic glass and can be fully opened for easy internal cleaning and maintenance.
