Mechanical characteristics

The main transmission system is driven by an electric motor and a synchronous toothed belt to drive the reducer, which drives the main shaft and the punching plate to rotate. The main motor adopts a frequency converter for speed regulation;

The use of precision square worm gear reducer has a compact structure, good heat dissipation, high output torque, high transmission efficiency, and smooth operation without noise;

Adjusting the upper main pressure wheel adjustment mechanism can change the depth of the upper punch into the mold, that is, adjust the forming position of the tablet in the middle mold;

The tablet pressing process adopts secondary pressure forming;

The filling method adopts the form of forced feeding;

The flushing plate and body frame are made of 304 material, and the part in contact with the medicine powder is made of 316L material;
