Our production line specializes in the design of oral liquid formulations, with an optimized combination line production capacity of 300-400 bottles/minute (taking 10mL-20mL bottles as an example, there are also 60-80 bottles/minute, 80-100 bottles/minute, 100-260 bottles/minute production lines), mainly suitable for high-yield oral liquid filling and sealing. Compliant with the new GMP requirements.

Features:

The speed of the bottle supply machine can be adjusted, and the bottle supply speed is multiplied by the production line demand;

Ultrasonic bottle washing machine * automatic bottle washing, using ultrasonic waves and two water alternately to rinse in one air;

The tunnel type sterilization oven has a good effect and can fully sterilize and dry the bottle body. It can be used for wiring and achieve production automation;

The automatic filling and capping machine can be equipped with a dust cover, and no bottle can be stopped without filling, avoiding the waste of liquid medicine;

Automatic labeling machine has fast production speed, high labeling accuracy, and can apply different labels on the same machine;

All machines on the entire production line are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with the chemicals are made of SUS316L stainless steel.
