1. System Introduction

The existing evaporation and concentration equipment, although reducing the evaporation temperature through vacuum decompression, is actually a false low temperature due to the use of steam heating. Its problems include: firstly, as the material concentration increases, local high temperatures will damage the thermosensitive active ingredients, affecting quality; secondly, the material is prone to form sticky walls and paste layers, which are difficult to clean; thirdly, as the material concentration increases, the thermal conductivity efficiency of the equipment will be greatly reduced; fourthly, it is difficult to achieve continuous concentration.
