SHX circulating fluidized bed boilerIt is a new type of high-efficiency and low pollution clean coal-fired technology boiler. Its main feature is that the boiler furnace contains a large amount of materials. During the combustion process, a large amount of materials are carried to the upper part of the furnace by the flue gas. After passing through the separator arranged at the outlet of the furnace, the materials are separated from the flue gas and sent to the bed through a non mechanical return valve for multiple cycles of combustion. Due to the high concentration of the material, it has a large heat capacity and good material mixing. Generally, each kilogram of flue gas can carry several kilograms of material. These circulating materials bring high heat transfer coefficients, making the boiler's heat load regulation range wide and adaptable to fuel. Circulating fluidized bed boilers use higher fluidization velocities than bubbling beds, without a clear interface like bubbling beds. Due to strong turbulence and material circulation in the bed, the residence time of fuel in the furnace is increased, resulting in higher combustion efficiency than bubbling beds. They can operate stably at low loads without the need for additional auxiliary fuel. The operating temperature of circulating fluidized bed boilers is usually between 850 and 900 ℃, which is an ideal desulfurization temperature range. By using furnace desulfurization technology, limestone is added to the bed as a desulfurizer. The fuel and desulfurizer are circulated multiple times, repeatedly undergoing low-temperature combustion and desulfurization reactions. In addition, the turbulent motion inside the furnace is intense. When the Ca/S molar ratio is about 2, the desulfurization efficiency can reach about 90%, and the emission of SO2 can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the circulating fluidized bed adopts staged air supply combustion, which ensures that combustion always occurs under low excess air, greatly reducing the generation and emission of NOx. Circulating fluidized bed boilers also have the advantages of high combustion efficiency, the ability to burn low-quality fuels, good load regulation of boilers, and easy comprehensive utilization of ash and slag, which have led to rapid development worldwide.
