Structure of Salt Spray Test Chamber
The equipment mainly consists of a casing, pneumatic system, heating system, and control system.
The overall product is made of imported acid and alkali resistant, high-temperature resistant, and anti-aging PVC board, which is molded and welded at high temperatures, easy to clean, and leak free.
The box cover is made of transparent glass fiber reinforced plastic, which can clearly see the test items and spray conditions in the box.
The water sealed structure is used between the box cover and the box body, making it easy to open and close the box cover without salt spray overflow.
There are multiple layers of brackets inside the box to facilitate testing of items from various angles.
Tower type spray system, the nozzle is introduced from West Germany tower type spray, the salt spray distribution is uniform and the sedimentation is freely adjusted, without crystallization.
The independent heating system enables the equipment to maintain temperature more effectively, resulting in more effective test results.
The temperature control adopts Taiwanese instruments with P.I.D automatic calculation function, small error, and can work for a long time.
The circuit control board and other components are independently fixed on the right side of the box, using a door lock opening for easy inspection and maintenance.
