Double tube filter manufacturerMainly installed on the return oil pipeline of the hydraulic system, various types of hydraulic components can intercept various pollutants such as abrasive particles generated during operation by setting an oil filter in the return oil pipeline, avoiding them from returning to the oil tank and being sucked into the hydraulic pump again The allowable pressure difference of the oil filter in the return oil pipeline ranges from 0.3 to 0.5 MPa depending on different pressure levels. The accuracy is determined specifically according to the requirements of oil contamination level. During the working process, if the filter element of the single cylinder filter becomes clogged to a certain extent and needs to be cleaned or replaced, the main engine should be stopped to replace the filter element. This not only wastes time but also cannot meet the continuous work needs of the main engine. The double cylinder filter effectively solves the defect of the single cylinder filter, and the filter element can be cleaned or replaced without stopping the machine to ensure the normal continuous work of the main engine. When a filter element becomes clogged and needs to be replaced, there is no need to stop the main engine. Simply open the pressure balance valve and turn the directional valve, and the other filter can start working, then replace the clogged filter element.
