Single bag filterIt is a filtration equipment widely used in industries such as water treatment, pharmaceuticals, food, and chemical engineering. Its main function is to remove impurities such as solid particles, suspended solids, and microorganisms from liquids to ensure their purity and safety. The working principle is to use the microporous structure of the filter bag to intercept solid particles. When the liquid to be filtered passes through the filter bag, solid particles are trapped on the surface of the filter bag, while the liquid enters the interior of the filter bag through its micropores, thus achieving the purpose of filtration.

It mainly consists of the shell, filter bag, clamping device, inlet and outlet pipes, and other parts.
Shell: The shell is the main part, usually made of carbon steel or stainless steel, with a space for installing filter bags and inlet and outlet channels inside. The design of the casing should take into account the strength, stiffness, and sealing performance of the equipment to ensure the stability and safety of the filter during operation.
Filter bag: The filter bag is the core component, and its material and specifications directly affect the filtering effect of the filter. Common filter bag materials include cotton cloth, nylon, polyester, fiberglass, etc. Suitable filter bag materials can be selected according to the characteristics and requirements of the filter medium. The pore size of the filter bag can be adjusted by changing the thickness and density of the filter bag to meet the requirements of different filtration accuracies.
Compression device: The compression device is used to tightly press the filter bag onto the housing to prevent the filter bag from loosening or leaking during use. Common compression devices include manual screw compressors, pneumatic compressors, and hydraulic compressors. The appropriate compression method can be selected according to actual needs.
Import and export pipes: Import and export pipes are used to connect the filter with the conveying pipeline of the liquid to be filtered, in order to achieve the entry and exit of the liquid. The material and specifications of import and export pipes should be selected according to the properties and pressure requirements of the liquid to ensure the sealing and pressure resistance of the pipeline.

Choose different filter bags under different working conditions to meet the filtering needs of users. The filtering accuracy ranges from 0.5um to 200um. Filter bag materials that can be equipped include polypropylene, polyethylene, nylon, etc. The commonly used sizes are ¢ 180 × 430 and ¢ 180 × 810.
