When the small vacuum rake dryer is working, wet materials are added to the cylinder, the feed port is closed, and vacuum is drawn. In a negative pressure environment, the boiling point of the material significantly decreases. The jacket heating vaporizes water or solvents, and the steam is recovered by the condenser. The dry material gradually loosens and dries under slow stirring by the rake teeth, forming uniform powder or particles.
