working principle:

This pasteurization and spray cooling machine is designed and manufactured for beverage filling production lines such as juice (tea). Also known as tunnel type pasteurization and spray cooling combination unit. It is a secondary sterilization equipment used for processing beverages such as cans and PET bottles that have been filled. Through the conveyor belt, it enters the tunnel type spray sterilization, spray cooling, and room temperature bottle discharge. In various temperature zones of the pasteurization and spray cooling machine, containers are sprayed with water of different temperatures, namely the sterilization stage and the cooling stage. It uses water sprayed onto cooler containers to become hot, and this hot water is used to cool the already sterilized containers, so that the containers can be gradually cooled. This can not only avoid taste loss caused by overheating, but also prevent sudden changes in container thermal stress that may cause bottle breakage or deformation. And after the heating and cooling areas are connected to each other, energy can be effectively regenerated and utilized - this is called the principle of energy regeneration. The tunnel type pasteurizer fully utilizes this principle of heat balance, with very low energy consumption, and only limited energy is used in the sterilization area.
