1、 Purpose:

Electric heating mixing tank has the advantages of energy saving, noise reduction, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, and easy cleaning. Widely used in dairy, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, beverage and other industrial sectors as essential equipment for electric heating, insulation and sterilization treatment, or for storing slurry.

2、 Structure

The device is powered by a 380V. 5-25KW electric heating plate or plug-in electric heating rod, and consists of a cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer, mixing slurry and plug valve or ball valve, as well as a thermometer, etc.

1. Inner liner: Made of stainless steel plate 1CR18NI9TI material, with a polished surface treatment.

2. Jacket: Made of stainless steel plate 1CR18NI9TI, surface polished, and can also be equipped with a liquid level display as needed

3. Reducer: Cycloid pinwheel planetary reducer, fixed on the bracket in the crossbeam, the output shaft of the reducer is connected to the mixing slurry, using a loose coupling for easy disassembly and cleaning.

4. Temperature gauge: installed on the crossbeam, extending directly to the lowest position of the medium, so that the liquid material can indicate the temperature even at the lowest position, achieving the purpose of heating and sterilization.

4、 Installation

Place the device with three feet in a horizontal position perpendicular to the reducer, allowing for the installation of inlet and outlet pipes. To ensure unobstructed flow of the air valve in the distribution tank, do not close the air valve. When connecting the power, be sure to rotate the mixing slurry clockwise and not in reverse. For the heating part, add thermal oil first, then connect the electrical socket, and install a grounding wire.

5、 Usage and maintenance

1. Explanation:Mixing tankBefore use, the reservoir must be cleaned with hot water and then sterilized with steam. The material should be filled into the cylinder through the material pipe on the fixed cylinder head, or the cylinder head should be opened to pour out the output material. It is not advisable to fill it too full to prevent the material from splashing out during mixing, causing unsanitary or damaging the environment.

2. Heating method: If the equipment is equipped with a temperature control device, first adjust the thermometer to the desired temperature, and then supply power. After use, cut off the power first, and then turn off the mixer power

3. Cleaning: After processing is completed, the remaining materials in the tank should be drained and rinsed with warm water as soon as possible to brush off the sticky materials. Then, the inner wall of the container should be thoroughly cleaned with alkaline water at 10-50 degrees Celsius, and rinsed with clean water. When using it again next time, it should be disinfected with hot water or steam for 3-4 minutes.

4. Maintenance: It is necessary to regularly pay attention to the working condition of the entire equipment and reducer. If the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be immediately replenished and replaced every six months (40 # engine oil), and the level of the heat transfer oil should be noted. If the heat transfer oil is insufficient, heating should be stopped immediately, otherwise it will burn out the electric heating rod. When the equipment is not in use, the interlayer must be cleaned with warm water to prevent salt water corrosion. The cylinder body should be cleaned regularly to keep the surface clean and the inner liner bright, achieving the purpose of durability.

After use, the power should be cut off first, and then cooling water should be added to protect the electric heating tube or electric heating rod to extend its service life.
